hooray for holiday shopping

Not really.

In my store, we have two registers. One of which we almost never use. On that counter, I have a display that makes it fairly obvious that the register is closed. Yet people will consistently go to that register, even though I am standing behind the open one, and my counter is totally clear.

I am also tired of people being rude to me. If I say "Hello! How are you today?" It would be nice if you at least smiled back at me in return. I really don't think that is too much to ask!!!

In more fun news, my nephew and I are trying to shoot a short based on an idea he had for a while back. We actually already shot it once, but someone *cough cough TRISHA cough cough* can't find the original footage. I also got another freelance video photo slideshow thingy. So yay me.

It's all those phony sounding Wal-Mart greeters. They've burnt everyone out on retail niceties.
