Ok, it's official. I hate my job.
Remember how I said I was understaffed? Well, I had a girl pull a no-call/no-show on Saturday. We were actually worried about her, due to some of her personal circumstances. But we know she showed up for her full-time bank job on Monday, so we know she's okay. She is not the type of person at all that would just quit, and I don't think I am a bad boss, so I don't know what happened.
So, as a result, my last full day off was last Sunday. As in September 25. I had a half day on this past Sunday and I don't go in until 5 today, but damn. I need my days off just so I can recharge and get all the hatred for mean customers out of my system. I am thinking about moving a mattress and pillow in to the back room and I can just stay there all the time.
