kids are so tiring
I baby-sat for Austin today and I feel like I could sleep for days! I love the little bugger to pieces but goodness! He wears me out! He was so cute though. At one point, I guess he realized he was sleepy, so he pointed to his crib. I put him in his crib, he put his pacifier in his mouth, and he hit his little winnie the pooh thing that sings him to sleep at night. But then after a few minutes he changed his mind, spit the pacifier out, and turned Pooh off. It was so cute.
That is all I did today. And Charmed comes on in two hours. YAY! I am really interested to see what they do with Holly Marie Combs' pregnancy. They said they were going to make Piper pregnant, but who is the father going to be? Will it be Leo? Or will she hook up with some other guy? These are important questions!

I now update my blog.
I don't really have anything to update, just more work complaints. Yesterday I was supposed to get off work at 3, and I wound up having to work until 9:30. It really sucked. At least I hadn't planned to go to Ohio Valley Wrestling last night.
Saturday there is a convention in Northern KY called SugoiCon. I get off work at 5 and I am thinking about stopping by. But I don't really have any money to spend, so maybe I should just stay home. I am supposed to have Sunday off, and I am going to baby-sit Austin. I am excited, so we can have some time to ourselves.
Today I am using my day off to clean up my room and pay some bills. It's not a whole lot of fun, but it needs to be done!

inventory time
so we have two inventories this week. one at the hurstbourne store and one at the mall store. that means for two days I have to go to work at 6am. tomorrow at least I get off work after the audit. friday I have to go back to work at 5pm. but, I am off saturday... yay!
not much else has been going on except for working. I helped shawn with his letters last week for his australia trip. he hasn't heard anything back yet. I hope he gets some money!

it is now november
I tried to update this yesterday but my internet connection was wonky and wouldn't save it.
I don't think I said much of any importance. I complained about work a lot. We are down to two people at the Payless store I have been shipped to. But we hired someone new yesterday. Friday I get to work a double shift with just the new person. Lucky me. I want to go back to my store! I may be an assistant manager, but I am not one that wants to go any further. I shouldn't have to put up with this crap! Two more weeks and I will hopefully be on vacation and I can sleep in every day. Oh it will be so nice.
On Halloween I went to a party at my friend Jude's house. I didn't know half the people there, so I left with my friend Kim at midnight. Then on Sunday I went to Lexington to see Trisha. It was nice to see her again, but I would like to be able to spend more time with her. I keep telling Payless that my ideal days off would be Sundays and Tuesdays but they won't listen to me. *sigh*

election day
Today I vote for a new governor. And various other offices in the state. If you live in KY and are not voting, I want to hear no complaints from you about the way our state is run!!
Not much exciting has been going on with me. Just lots and lots of work. We are down to two employees in the store I am working at now (me and Beth). A new person starts today, so hopefully we can get her trained and up to speed relatively quickly. Friday I get to work a double shift instead of having day work like I was scheduled. I want to go back to my store!
