look! an update!
So I haven't updated my blog in a while. I just haven't had anything to say. Last night I went to a Louisville Mojo trivia night thing at Molly Malone's. There were several mojo people there but I was on the Murder of Mojos team and we came in second, lost by only three points. It was the damn Frasier questions that threw us off!! I was going to cheat and call Trisha on her cell phone, but my teammates wouldn't let me.
Today I was supposed to be off, but a co-worker's aunt died, and she has to go to Texas, so I am going to go in and work 5-9:30.
That's about all that's going on in my exciting life! :)

*cough cough* *achoo*
So I have come down with a cold or something. I had been feeling bad all last week and then this morning, it finally hit me. Actually, I think it hit me last night. I think I was even running a fever last night. But I am not today. So I went to the store and bought some Diet V8 splash and Lipton chicken noodle soup. Mom had made some homemade vegetable beef soup, which is good, but its just not the same as chicken noodle soup when you're sick.
Next week I get to work in a different Payless... yay for me. Because I opened my big mouth and said what a craphole it was. Oh well. Serves me right. I wonder if I have to work on Halloween....

Bills suck
I found out today that I have to not only pay my $75 co-pay from when I went to the ER but $350 in deductible costs. So, I am taking offers on cels again. Luckily, I know from when Trisha was in the hospital that they have to take whatever I can pay them and be happy with it until it is paid off.
Today was supposed to be an off day from work but I am working at Hurstbourne. I hope it's not too bad.
Last night Kim gave me a new cell phone. Yay for new phones!

working sucks
I only have one day off work this week. And I already had it. I was scheduled for two, but oh no, Jack had to volunteer me to help out at another store. And then he also volunteered my Sunday off to help out at that store too. Yesterday I had to work open to close. I was so tired. I got very loopy at the end of the night and started doing somersaults around the store. Michelle and I are going to ask Jack if we can please stop having the double shifts because really, we are useless when we work them.
But on the positive side, Rah and Derek came to see me. They were out and having dinner together and came in to see me, since I had been complaining to her that I was working a double and it sucked. Of course, at the time I told her that, I was alone in the store and bored, and was sending her text messages on my phone.
Ok, I need to get ready for work now!

wow
my friend jason has a profile on louisvillemojo and it kind of freaked me out because I didn't know he was on there. And a fellow mall employee and I were talking about working in a mall and he said "you still work in the mall shmecky?" and so I was like "Do you know you?" I looked at his profile, he was a year older than me, lived in my part of town... he said he knew me, was friends with my brother. And then finally it hit me... it was my friend jason! It was kinda cool cause I grew up with him. So it was so neat that we hadn't talked in forever and then I refound him on mojo. AWWWW!

the little things make me happy
I thought I was going to be eating dinner with my best friend's mom tonight, but she never called me, and I thought I was supposed to wait for her to call. So, I went over to my sister's and hung out with my nephews instead. And Austin walked to me! It was only two steps but it was so nice! It made me so happy. Now I need to get him to say my name...
And Shawn needs to raise $5,300 so he can take a trip to Australia. He is a student ambassador of something or the other. He's going to get pamphlets from the people that invited him on the trip and then I am going to post it online. So I bought four things of candy from him. I have to try and figure out ways to help him raise money.
