My feet are cold
Not that anyone cares, but my feet are cold.
Work today was very boring. There was not a lot to do. My district manager came in for a short visit.
Kitty had a hypoglycemic attack tonight. So far it looks like he will be okay. The biopsy showed no signs of cancer, which is good.
I tried to help my sister figure out how to scan in pictures and print them out, but her printer is very tempermental.

no cancer is GREAT news!!!
just today, i was talking to some people at work about how women have colder hands and feet on average. i'm always cold. i find that sleeping with socks and a hat on helps a lot.

my hands are almost always warm. they say that if you hands and feet are cold, the blood is all centered in your guts. and that can be a sign of distress or anger or something negetive like that. one of the things you learn in biofeedback is how to get your hands and feet warm, which reduces the feelings of stress. it's pretty cool.
or it could just be cold. not everything is as complicated as they like to make it.
[the biofeedback would still be handy, cuz you could still make your feet warm. even if you weren't stressed. right?]
