rage
Ok, so recently, like for the last week or so, I have been total bottled up rage. Anger. Growling. Not a nice kitty. I'm not quite sure there's any one thing behind the rage, rather it's just an overall rage at the overall existence of everything. Pretty wide rage range that makes. I'm not mad at anyone, or anything, I just feel like I have this overwhelming ragey energy that has to be spent somehow. I've been punching and kicking and working some thai boxing drills, but I think what it boils down to is running. I think rage is leading me back to running... to feeling excess energy fuel a beneficial practice. As opposed to just feeling rage and shrieking Minor Threat in the car.
