So, I'm in a creative flurry. I just did three more sketches for three tattoos, and also went through all of my old artwork and selected the pieces, doodles, and whatnots that will be included in one way or another within the kamiam collage. We're talking artwork spanning from when I was a wee child all the way up to New Year's Day 04. When I look back at my life thus far, I'm soothed by the knowledge that artwork has been a prominent factor, always. I don't imagine that has much chance of changing. The tools will change, and the flavors will change, but the creativity factor will always burn with the change. Damn I love expression.

Well, for some reason my last post posted twice, and even though my log says the second one has been deleted, it's still there. I'll just let this stew and see what happens later. Good to note, is that this is my first entry done in my living room on a Laptop. I think I might have to name this Laptop Kamtastic.

I'm thankful that it's Friday. It's the end of my first week back to work. Whew! I made it and I still don't hate my job. I dig Symantec quite much... the people that are on my team just all kick ass. I'm stoked for the weekend though, which shows that I still strive to be independent from corporate life. I trust the switch will happen when it's best for all parties involved. In the meanwhile, I'll continue to do good work at Symantec, and do good work at myself. Rock.

So I'm back in the office trying to figure out what exactly it is that I do... work is eluding me. Job? What? I've been on vacation for three weeks and I'm totally confused!
Or maybe it was that horrific, mortifying loss the Broncos suffered yesterday that has me totally confused. Hmm. Could be both.

New Year's Day
I just did a painting of "sun"... it's pretty hypnotic.
I'm pondering going back to the office on Monday as a little bug is walking across my monitor. After three weeks of vacation it's going to be a challenge finding soul in Symantec. I'll be working on some stuff for .mac and for our client migration thing. That's a far stretch from painting the sun. :)
Is Pizza Hut open on New Year's Day?
